Exhibiting YOUR company or organization is a fantastic opportunity to inform hundreds of solid waste, recycling and other interested industry professionals about your services and/or products. THE EXPO at the Radisson Hotel, Manchester/Center of New Hampshire will host over 60 vendors! Our Expo vendors typically include; equipment manufacturers, recycling facilities, end mills, environmental consultants, engineering firms, suppliers of recycled products and other industry specific non-profits. 2 complimentary passes for Standard and Prime/Premium Booths for Monday and Tuesday. 1 complimentary pass for Non-Profits. (Additional reps can attend at a reduced rate of $120 each for 2 days) Booths are 10' x 8' and include a skirted table, 2 chairs, drapes and a sign. Non-Profit fee includes a skirted table, 2 chairs, and a sign. Sunday Night Social for Exhibitors Free wireless internet. Networking Breakfasts, Lunchtime Dessert, Monday Night After Hours with the Exhibitors and the Silent Auction will all be held in the Expo. Specific exhibitor Rules and Regulations will be sent to you in your confirmation/reservation packet. Booth refunds will be granted if cancellation is received by April 2nd, 2010. No refunds will be available after this date. All cancellations will be subject to a $200 per booth cancellation fee. All refunds will be processed within 30 days following the conference.
