The 31st Annual Northeast Recycling Conference & Expo is an exciting two day event! Exhibiting YOUR company or organization is a fantastic opportunity to inform hundreds of solid waste, recycling and other interested industry professionals about your services and/or products.

THE EXPO at the Radisson Hotel, Manchester/Center of New Hampshire will host over 60 vendors! Our Expo vendors typically include; equipment manufacturers, recycling facilities, end mills, environmental consultants, engineering firms, suppliers of recycled products and other industry specific non-profits.

  • Be our sponsor hosting hors d’ouevers and cocktail social, in the Exhibit Hall from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm Monday night for all conference attendees. Sponsors will have their company logo displayed at food stations and be advertised in all conference promotional materials (web & print), including on-site conference signage

Premium Booth (PR)*:$7,500.00

  • For Platinum Sponsors only. Please indicate your Booth preferences below.

Prime Booth (P)*: $1,000.00

  • Is 10×8, includes a table with drape, 2 chairs, drapes, a small sign and has prime visibility in the Exhibit Hall. Plus, your company will be listed in the official conference program.

Standard Booth (S)*: $800.00

  • Is 10×8, includes a table with drape, 2 chairs, drapes and a small sign. Plus, your company will be listed in the official conference program.

Non-Profit Table: $400.00

  • Includes a table with drape, 2 chairs and a small sign. Non-profit spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Non-Profit locations will be assigned by NRRA.

*With the booth fee, Exhibitors are allowed two representatives, while Non-Profits are allowed one. (Breakfast and lunch for both days are included.) Additional reps from your organization may attend at a reduced rate of $120 each for the two days.

No refunds will be available after April 11th. Refunds will be processed and mailed within 30 days following the conference.

All Cancellations will be subject to a $200 fee per booth.

Free Wireless Internet: Free wireless internet will be available at all locations.

Exhibitor Hours: Monday, June 4th from 8 am to 6:30 pm; Tuesday, June 5th from 8 am to 3 pm.
