The 33rd Annual Northeast Recycling Conference & Expo is an exciting two day event! Exhibiting your company or organization is a fantastic opportunity to inform over 400 members of solid waste, recycling and other interested industry professionals about your services and/or products.

The EXPO at the Radisson Hotel, Manchester/Center of New Hampshire will host over 60 vendors! Our Expo vendors typically include; equipment manufacturers, recycling facilities, end mills, environmental consultants, engineering firms, suppliers of recycled products and other industry specific non-profits.

PLATINUM SPONSOR: $7,500

SUNDAY NIGHT SOCIAL: $2,500

  • A gathering of speakers, exhibitors, vendors, sponsors and NRRA staff.
  • Advertised in all conference promotional materials(web & print), including on-site conference signage

AFTER HOURS WITH THE EXHIBITORS: $2,500 (2 available)

  • Sponsor a hors d’ouevers & cocktail social, in the Exhibit Hall Monday from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm for all conference attendees.
  • Sponsors will have their company logo displayed at food stations and be advertised in all conference promotional materials (web & print), including on-site conference signage

GOLF TOURNAMENT: $85 per golfer

  • Tee time, Sunday, June 8th at 12:00 pm (scramble format) at Candia Woods (www.candiawoods.com)
  • Golfers are responsible for their own transportation to and from the course
  • Award presentation at lunch on Monday
  • Open to all Conference & Expo participants

SPIN TO WIN: (Cost of prizes)

  • All participants will get one shot at the “Booth Discount” for 2015. We will spin the wheel to select a vendor right before awarding the Best Booth Winner!
  • There is no charge to sign up to be on the wheel; however, space is limited and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Vendors must agree to provide prizes for up to 100 attendees (different than your ordinary giveaways) in order to participate

HOSPITALITY TICKETS: $80/pack (1 pack = 10 drink tickets)

  • Available to all vendors for purchase in packs of 10 to give out during the day Monday to attendees stopping by your booth
  • Each ticket is good for one beverage at the After Hours with the Exhibitors event and gives attendees an incentive to return and visit with you

CAFE TABLES: $50 per (8 available)

  • In the Exhibit Hall…a cafe table with a customized tabletop tent-card (w/ logo), promoting you!
  • Please provide a stack of business cards to be displayed

 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • All booths include a table with drape, 2 chairs and a small sign, breakfast and lunch for both days and one electrical outlet if requested.
  • Free wireless internet will be available upon request.
  • The number of representatives included in your sponsorship or booth are detailed above. Additional reps from your organization may attend at a reduced rate of $120 each for the two days ($60 per day).
  • No refunds will be available after April 11th. Refunds will be processed and mailed within 30 days following the conference.
  • All Cancellations will be subject to a $200 fee per booth.
  • Exhibitor Hours: Monday, June 9th from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Tuesday, June 10th from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.
